We conduct all our trips without disturbing the local ecology, employ local guides and staff with in-depth knowledge of trekking routes, mountains, and culture, and ensure fair wages and proper welfare for porters. We encourage the use of local products and services and contribute a portion of our annual profit to community development, education, and environmental conservation programs.
